When trying to decide what Alexis would enjoy, gymnastics would be something fun and girly for her. It worked out that she could go on Wednesday mornings and try it out.
At first, she was really excited… running in! Then when other girls got there, her expression changed. The teacher tried to get her to participate… but in the usual Alexis way, she froze up! After about 10 minutes, she ran out crying… I thought that was the end, but then took her out of the room to watch the others. About 10 minutes of watching their fun… she was running back in! And had a blast! She couldn’t wait to tell ‘my Harrison’ about it.
The next week, it only took her about 3 minutes to warm up!
